Handbook Process

Description

The Handbook Process allows companies to ensure compliance with review and sign-off on the organization's handbook.Use the Handbook Process for new hires, annual sign offs, or to informemployees of changes or modifications to the current version of the handbook.

Each selected employee is provided with an electronic copy of the organization's handbook. If there were any revisions or updates to the handbook, a modification document can be electronically included to point out the changes and updates from the last version.

With the Handbook Process, employee sign off of the handbooks are stored electronically in a document repository. This allows for easy access to track employee sign off and acknowledgement for human resources needs.

Use Cases
  • Kick off the Handbook Process by selecting those employees who are going to participate from a pre-populated list. Upload the organization's current handbook. If there have been specific changes or revisions to the prior version, you have the option of also uploading a document that highlights those changes and revisions.
  • Each participating employee receives a notice in their inbox that they must review the organization's handbook.
  • After receiving the task in their inbox to review and acknowledge the organization's handbook, the employee previews and downloads the organization's handbook.If there is a modification document included, the employee previews and downloads that to see the modifications made.
  • After the employee has reviewed the handbook and any modification document included, the employee electronically signs, acknowledging their review of the document(s).
  • After all employees included in the process run have electronically signed off on the handbook and any modification document, the process ends.
